Whisky Irish Coffee


Irish Coffee

  • 1/2 cup hot freshly brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey
  • 1 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons thawed whipped topping

Mix coffee, whiskey and sugar in a stemmed coffee cup. Top with whipped topping just before serving.

Irish Coffee

  • 1 cup of hot gourmet coffee
  • 1 shot of Irish Whiskey
  • whipped cream to serve

Mix Irish Whiskey and hot coffee. Top with whipped cream and serve.

Irish Coffee

  • 1 double shot (60ml) hot espresso coffee
  • 2 tablespoons whisky
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • whipped cream, to serve

Pour coffee into a heatproof glass. Add whisky and boiling water. Stir to combine. Spoon cream over coffee mixture. Serve.

Irish Coffee

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey
  • 3/4 cup strong hot black coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Carolans Irish Cream
  • whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon grated chocolate

Place brown sugar into a coffee mug. Pour in whiskey and coffee. Pour Irish cream into mug over the back of a spoon. Carefully float cream on top and finish with chocolate.

Irish Coffee

  • 2 tablespoons good freshly ground coffee
  • 1/4 cup whisky
  • 2-4 teaspoons sugar
  • thickened cream

Place 2 tablespoons good freshly ground coffee in a coffee plunger and pour over 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Stir well. Set aside for 5 minutes. Plunge the coffee. Pour 1/4 cup whisky into two serving glasses. Pour over the coffee and then stir in 2-4 teaspoons sugar, to taste. Carefully pour thickened cream over the back of a spoon into the coffee. Serve the coffee immediately.

Irish Coffee

You can't go wrong with this simple but classic recipe for Irish coffee. It's usually served with a thick dollop of whipped cream on top.

  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1 1/2 oz. Irish whisky
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Mix together in a mug and top with whipped cream, if desired.
