Vienna Coffee


Vienna Coffee

  • 3 single shots (90ml) hot espresso coffee
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • whipped cream and cocoa powder, to serve

Pour coffee into a heatproof glass. Stir in boiling water. Spoon cream over top. Dust with cocoa powder.

Vienna Mocha Swirl

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 4 teaspoons Sugar Free Café Vienna
  • 1 tablespoon thawed whipped topping

Add boiling water gradually to flavored instant coffee in a coffee cup, stirring until coffee is completely dissolved. Top with the whipped topping.

Spiced Vienna Coffee

  • 1/2 cup Café Vienna
  • 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 3 cups boiling water

Mix flavored instant coffee and spices in a medium saucepan. Add boiling water, stir until well blended. Cook on low heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Serve this comforting coffee with a cinnamon stick for stirring.

Viennese Coffee

  • 2/3 cup ground Colombian Supreme Coffee
  • 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 cups cold water

Place coffee in the coffee maker, sprinkle with cinnamon. Place sugar in the empty pot of coffee maker. Brew the coffee. When brewing is complete, stir until well blended. Serve with milk, additional sugar and cinnamon sticks.

Cafe Vienna with Ice Cream

  • 1/3 cup Café Vienna
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups coffee ice cream

Dissolve flavored instant coffee in hot water in small pitcher. Stir in cold water. Pour evenly into 4 tall glasses. Add 1/2 cup of the ice cream to each glass and stir. Serve immediately. As variation you can use vanilla ice cream.

Crowning Glory Viennese Cafe

  • 1 tablespoons finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3/4 cup hot freshly brewed coffee
  • Dash ground cinnamon

Place chocolate in a coffee mug. Add coffee and stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and serve.
