Spiced Coffee

• 1/2 cup coffee
• 1 tablespoons freshly ground Mexican cinnamon
• 1/2 cup Mexican brown loaf sugar, finely chopped
• 6 cups water
• 8 thin strips orange zest

Place coffee and cinnamon in the coffee maker. Place the sugar in the empty pot of coffee maker. Brew the coffee. When brewing is complete, stir until well mixed. Place strip of orange peel in each filled mug of hot coffee. If you don't find Mexican brown loaf sugar  you can substitute 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar for the Mexican brown loaf sugar.
