Rum Coffee

Maple syrup and rum gives this drink a taste of the outdoors. Vermont does have some of the best maple syrup around, though Canadian maple syrup is in a class by itself.

• 1 oz. light cream
• 1 oz. maple syrup
• 2 oz. dark rum
• 6 oz. hot coffee

Combine in a mug and enjoy.
