Irish Cream Coffee
Irish Kiss
- 1 1/2 cups of fresh brewed coffee
- 3/4 ounce of Kahlua
- 3/4 ounce of Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1 1/2 ounce of Cool Whip or your favorite whipped cream
Brew coffee as normal. Add Kahlua and Bailey's and top off with whipped cream.
Irish Fantasy
This Irish cream coffee cocktail recipe whips up fast, using instant coffee. A bit of cocoa also makes it a bit creamier too.
- 1 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot cocoa powder
- 1/2 oz. Irish cream
- 3/4 cup water, boiling
Combine ingredients in a mug and serve.
Hot Nutty Irishman
- 3 oz. premium, dark roast, medium ground coffee
- 1 oz. Bailey's-cream
- 1 oz. Frangelico
Serve, top with whipped cream. Garnish with cherry.
Irish Iced Coffee
- 1/3 cup freshly brewed espresso coffee
- 1/3 cup Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1/3 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup chilled milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- chocolate topping, to serve
- 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream, extra, to serve
- whipped cream, to serve
Combine the coffee and liqueur in a small jug. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours to chill. Place the coffee mixture, ice cubes, milk and ice-cream in the jug of a blender. Blend until smooth. Drizzle topping around the inside of serving glasses. Divide the mixture among the glasses. Top with the extra ice-cream and whipped cream. Drizzle over chocolate topping to serve.
Bailey's Creme de Cacao Coffee
- 3 oz. premium, dark roast, medium ground coffee
- 1 oz. Bailey's Original Irish Cream
- 1 oz. Creme de Cacao
- 1 tablespoon Frangelico
Mix all in a cup, stir well and serve.
Irish Cup O'Joe
- 1 shot Bailey's Irish cream
- 1 oz. chocolate syrup
- hot coffee
Pour Bailey's and chocolate syrup in a coffee mug. Fill with hot coffee, stir and enjoy.
