Cafe Latte
Iced Coffee Latte
- 6 tablespoons ground coffee, any variety
- 3 cups cold water
- 2 cups milk
Place coffee in the coffee maker. Brew the coffee. Cool completely. Pour coffee into pitcher. Add milk and stir until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over ice cubes in 5 tall glasses. Add sugar to taste, if desired.
Peanut Butter-Banana Latte
- 1 cup milk
- 1 fully ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons French Vanilla Café
- 1 cup ice cubes
- lite whipped topping
Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until flavored coffee is completely dissolved. Add ice and blend on high speed until drink is thickened and smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, top each with a serving of whipped topping and serve immediately. For a special effect garnish each with a light sprinkling of ground cinnamon.
Cafe Latte
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup hot freshly brewed Italian Espresso Roast Coffee
- ground cinnamon for serving
Heat milk in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring briskly and constantly with whisk to create foam. Pour coffee into a large cup or mug. Stir in milk. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon before serving.
Vanilla Latte
- 2 cups freshly brewed coffee, any flavor
- 3 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Put coffee into 6 large cups or mugs. Heat the milk in a small saucepan on low heat until warm, stirring briskly and constantly with wire whisk to create foam. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Stir milk mixture into coffee. Serve immediately. For variation substitute 1/4 teaspoons almond extract for the vanilla for a delicious almond latte.
French Vanilla Latte
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 4 teaspoons French Vanilla Coffee
- 2 tablespoons thawed whipped topping
Add boiling water gradually to flavored coffee mix in measuring cup, stirring until dissolved. Place whipped topping in a mug and add coffee. Stir until well blended. Serve immediately. Garnish with a light sprinkling of ground cinnamon if you like.
Vanilla-Marshmallow Latte
- 3/4 cup scalded milk
- 4 teaspoons French Vanilla Café
- 2 tablespoons Marshmallow Creme, divided
Add milk gradually to flavored coffee mix in a mug, stirring until dissolved. Stir in 1 tablespoon marshmallow creme until well blended. Top with remaining marshmallow creme and serve immediately.
Toasted Coconut Latte
- 3/4 cup scalded milk
- 4 teaspoons Café Vienna
- 1/4 teaspoons coconut extract
- 2 tablespoons thawed whipped topping
- 1/4 teaspoons coconut flakes, toasted
Add milk gradually to flavored coffee mix in a mug, stirring until dissolved. Stir in the coconut extract. Top with whipped topping and coconut. Serve immediately.
Caramel Latte
- 1 double shot (60ml) hot espresso coffee
- 1 tablespoon caramel-flavored syrup
- 2/3 cup milk, steamed
Pour coffee into a heatproof glass. Add syrup. Stir to combine. Top with milk and serve.
Pumpkin Pie Latte
The perfect coffee recipe for the Halloween or Thanksgiving season. Not just flavoured with cinnamon and allspice, this latte actually contains pureed pumpkin. It's spicy and thick.
- 1 tablespoons canned pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup strong coffee or 1/4 cup espresso
In a saucepan, heat milk and pumpkin until steaming. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Put mixture in a blender, and blend for 15-20 seconds until thick and foamy. Pour into tall glass, then add coffee or espresso. Top with a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice or ground nutmeg.
Spiced Latte
A latte recipe for people who don't want to overpower the taste of your espresso with too many additions. Just a hint of honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. You can used warmed cream instead of the steamed milk for a thicker latte.
- 1 shot espresso
- milk, steamed
- honey
- vanilla extract
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
All the ingredients are proportioned to your own tastes. Line the bottom of your mug with honey, then add vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add espresso, then fill mug with steamed milk.
Coffee Latte Shake
This coffee shake is a thick and chilly delight, flavoured with coffee and chocolate. The trick to making it thick, is the instant chocolate pudding mix.
- 1 cup coffee, strong and cold
- 1 cup cold milk
- 10 ice cubes
- 1/3 package of instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- hazelnut creamer, to taste
- sugar, to taste
Combine everything in a blender and blend until ice is crushed and shake is thick.
