Almond Coffee
Almond and Honey Coffee
- 1/2 cup ground coffee
- 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1/3 cup honey
- 6 cups cold water
Put the honey into the empty pot of coffee maker. Brew the coffee. When brewing is complete add almond extract into brewed coffee and stir until well blended.
Chocolate-Almond Coffee
- 1/4 cup coffee granules, any variety
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons almond extract
- 2-1/2 cups cold water
- 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup thawed whipped topping
Place coffee in the coffee maker. Place sugar and almond extract in the empty coffee pot. Add cold water to coffee maker and brew. Microwave chocolate and half-and-half in a medium microwavable bowl on high power 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted when stirred, stirring after 1 min. Add to coffee and stir until well blended. Serve topped with whipped topping.
Almond Macaroon Coffee
- 1/2 cup ground coffee
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 cups cold water
- 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
Place coffee in the coffee maker. Place sugar in the empty pot of coffee maker. Brew the coffee. When brewing is complete, stir in almond extract. If you like you can refrigerate until chilled and serve as a cold beverage over ice.
